Our Mushroom Vegetarian Stir Fry Sauce has been specially created for vegetarians and vegans. It was designed to be used be used as an alternative to oyster sauce, so you can now acheive a similar texture and appearance in your dishes to what oyster sauce does. Although we make this with shiitake mushrooms, the mushroom flavour isn’t too strong, so it works well with a wide range of Chinese dishes, and can also be used as a dipping sauce.
