The story behind this work:
Mount Uludağ (Turkish for “mighty mountain”) in western Turkey was already mentioned in Greek mythology as Olympos Mision. Today it is a popular winter sports destination. Uludağ Gazoz was originally made solely from the spring water of this mountain. For this reason, this drink could only be produced in a limited way and was not available in other parts of Turkey for a long time.
